Rotating between the different fruits and vegetables provides variety, and the water that you are drinking will not only keep you well hydrated but will also help you to feel full.

If you have a full month to devote to a diet, you can eat in a less restrictive way that the two diets that are listed above and still lose a tremendous amount of weight. The advantage of having a month to devote to your weight loss will allow you to follow some the diets that really work   for women or for men, combining exercise with smart eating habits that can establish good patterns that are sustainable.

If you eat high protein, low fat foods, substituting whole grains instead of processed white flour and combine a 1200 calorie per day diet with approximately an hour of cardio every day, you can lose up to 20 pounds per week.
